Operations Manager / Administrative Assistant

Bridgewell Group is looking for an outgoing, friendly, detail oriented, and reliable individual to join our team as an Operations Manager / Administrative Assistant. Available currently are part-time or full-time hours (~20-30 hours). Evening and weekend availability required. Start date would be as soon as possible. This job will require both in-office days and remote work from home. Must have reliable transport and your own laptop to work from.

Job Description & Requirements

Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Preparing all listing and purchasing documents
  • Data entry; Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Organize and schedule buyer tours
  • Assist with general administrative duties
  • Correspond with both internal and external parties
  • Coordinate showings on our listings
  • Showing follow up and reporting 
  • Many other day to day operational requirements
  • Digital and offline marketing tasks
  • Maintaining the operations manual that documents all systems and standards.
  • Collaborating with Realtors to improve systems and training to ensure efficient business processes.

Skills 

  • Significant computer knowledge and experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Applications (e.g. Word, Excel).
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently; always willing to help
  • Quick to learn unfamiliar software
  • High level of initiative, motivation, drive, energy and enthusiasm to get any job done
  • Ability to multi-task and have good time-management skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School diploma required
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience preferred, but not required
  • Class 5 driver’s license is an asset (some travel may be required)
  • Must possess own laptop
  • Combination of marketing education and/or experience is considered an asset
