Burke Mountain is one of our most active areas. For that particular townhome complex (Bridlewood), we had already sold 3 homes within the last 60 days. Because we are well aware of the target market and buyers in the area, we already had a list of people that were interested before it was even on the MLS.
WORKING HARD…. Before it was even listed
The sellers wanted a quick and easy sale, so the goal was to sell the home BEFORE the first open house to avoid multiple showings. For every open house that we do, we require people viewing to sign in – either with their name and contact details, or their realtors. Being Burke Mountain experts, we had a list with full contact information of people that were looking for homes in Burke Mountain recently. We first targeted the people that had made offers on our homes and lost the multiple, and then moved on to people that came by but never made an offer. This was all done before the home was even listed, to better the likelihood of having it sold 0 days on market.
