College Park Port Moody is an established area in Pomo at the bottom of Burnaby Mountain. It has easy access to Barnet Highway and all amenities in the heart of the city.

College Park is on the North West side of Port Moody and is one of the bordering subareas to Burnaby. Its borders stretch to Barnet Highway, which has direct access in to Burnaby and Vancouver. This area has a good transit score, as there are a number of busses that run through Port Moody to Coquitlam and Burnaby. The Ioco skytrain station is also nearby which will take residents in to Metro Vancouver. College Park is home to marinas and forest areas, and many of the homes boast beautiful views of the water. There are a variety of styles of homes here, ranging from condos to towhouses to detached single family homes which are also nearby to a number of commercial areas which host restaurants, shopping, breweries, and fitness centres.
