Hello! I’m Kiyomi, a Realtor with Bridgewell Real Estate Group.
I support buyers and sellers through clear communication, thoughtful organization, and a steady, informed approach, so each of my clients feel confident and supported throughout every step of the real estate process. I’m a firm believer in building genuine lasting relationships with my clients & making sure they know I’m with them every step of the way.
My Experience, Focus & Drive
I bring a strong operational and organizational background to my work, with experience supporting both buyers and sellers through resale and presale transactions across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Clients benefit from a clear, step by step process that includes detailed timelines, checklists, and defined checkpoints throughout their transaction.
I’m motivated by helping people feel informed, supported, and confident during moments that have a real impact on their lives and futures. I’m also passionate about continuous improvement, both personally and professionally. I believe real estate has meaningful opportunities to evolve through better systems, stronger organization, and more honest, genuine practices.
My Approach & How I Support Clients
Buying or selling a home is a major milestone, and I understand the responsibility that comes with it, so I approach my role in the process thoughtfully. I understand how overwhelming the real estate process can be (trust me I’ve been there!), especially when it’s your first time or when there are many moving parts involved.
I’m also a bit of an organizational fiend, so I really pride myself in my ability to make the process easier to understand – so if you enjoy spreadsheets, coloured tabs, check points & to-do lists we’ll get along well!
My goal is to create a transparent and well structured experience that helps clients feel grounded and confident when making important decisions. From North Vancouver to New Westminster to Langley and beyond, I’m always happy to meet clients wherever they need me.
My Home & Where I Live
Growing up in the Tri Cities, I know the area through the places that shape everyday life, from dance recitals at Evergreen Cultural Centre and swim lessons at the old Chimo pool, to running Mundy Park in gym class at Dr Charles Best Secondary and weekend walks around Coquitlam Centre. I’ve also had a front row seat to how the region has evolved over the years, including the growth of Suter Brook, the changes around Lougheed Town Centre, and the addition of the Evergreen SkyTrain line.
Over the years, I’ve also called Vernon and Victoria home. Experiencing both Okanagan and Vancouver Island communities taught me a lot about what makes a neighbourhood feel like home, from local connections to the pace and lifestyle that comes with different cities and regions. Today, I’m based in Vancouver’s Olympic Village, where I love the mix of cafés and restaurants and being steps from the seawall, especially for walks with my dog, Grady.
Before Olympic Village, I lived in Kitsilano and loved spending time at the beach and exploring Pacific Spirit Regional Park on trail runs or long dog walks. Living in different neighbourhoods has given me a deep appreciation for how varied lifestyles can be across the Lower Mainland, and I enjoy helping clients find a place that truly fits how they want to live.
What I’m Like Outside of Work!
Two of the things I love most are travelling and being outdoors. I’ve always loved exploring new places, whether that’s across the world or closer to home, and I’m grateful that real estate brings a similar sense of connection through meeting people and discovering new neighbourhoods. I’ve always had a bit of a restless curiosity, and it’s taken me all over the world – from Guatemala, Japan, South Africa, Haida Gwaii, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Portugal, the UK, & most recently Paris & Barcelona (to name a few!).
I love experiencing new cultures and meeting new people (and animal friends!) along the way, and I’m grateful that real estate brings a similar kind of connection locally. On my days off, you’ll usually find me biking to Spanish Banks, snowboarding up at Whistler, taking my paddle board out, or heading out on a hike in North Vancouver. I love finding new neighbourhoods around the Greater Vancouver area, and experiencing the rich diversity we are so lucky to have here.
