Hello – I’m Kiyomi and I’m a realtor at Bridgewell Real Estate Group. I love to build genuine lasting relationships with my clients & make sure they know I’m with them every step of the way. My goal is to make sure my clients feel informed, educated & confident with their decision in such a major milestone in their lives. I have a special place in my heart for helping first time home buyers & dealing with presales. 

My Drive & a Bit More About Me! 

I love travelling & experiencing new cultures, both around the world and locally. One of my favourite parts of travelling is meeting new people (& animal friends), and I love that real estate allows me to do the same! It’s a joy to help people achieve their real estate goals and build meaningful friendships along the way. I love finding new neighbourhoods around the Greater Vancouver area, and experiencing the rich diversity we are so lucky to have here. 

I have a background in conservation, and love bringing that knowledge set into different industries. I believe real estate has a lot of potential in regards to sustainable practices, and I’ve loved working with Bridgewell to develop a greener business model. I hope only to implement more over time!

My Clients & Expertise

I work a lot with first time home buyers and presale clients, and I understand how overwhelming the real estate process can be (trust me I’ve been there!). I’m a bit of an organizational fiend, so something I really pride myself in is my ability to make the process easier to understand – so if you enjoy spreadsheets, coloured tabs, check points & to-do lists we’ll get along well!

Just like buying a first time home can be a lot to learn, presales are a whole other ball game. I have extensive experience with presales all over the Greater Vancouver & Fraser Valley, and have seen it all. I’ve worked hard to build many connections within the industry to gain early access to a multitude of projects. I love that no presale is the same, and that there is always something new to learn. I work all over the Greater Vancouver area, but I specialize in Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby & the Tri-Cities.

My Home & Where I Live

While I grew up in the Tri-Cities, I’ve called many places home over the years (including Vancouver Island, South Africa, Japan & most recently Australia). However, I’m currently settled into life in Vancouver’s Olympic Village neighbourhood. I love the diversity of options this neighbourhood has to offer for shops, cafes & restaurants. Plus being steps to Vancouver’s seawall is an added bonus!

What I’m Like Outside of Work!

Two of the things I love most is to travel & be outdoors. I’ve never been one to sit still for very long & this itch to keep moving has taken me all over the world. To name a few… I’ve been to Guatemala, Japan, South Africa, a US National Parks Tour, Haida Gwaii, New York, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Portugal, France & the UK. My next trip coming up: road trip up the California & Oregon coast!

On my days off you’ll likely find me biking to Spanish Banks or Jericho, taking my paddle board for a spin, or out on a hike. If I’m not out exploring the outdoors, I’m likely looking for my new favourite brewery. Some of my favourites right now are 33 Acres in Vancouver & Backcountry Brewing in Squamish. I recently hopped aboard the IPA train, and love constantly trying new types!
