Birchland Manor is a small subarea inbetween Lincoln Park, Riverwood, and Glenwood. It is south of Prairie avenue, and is home to Birchland Manor. It is in the North side of Port Coquitlam, and is a great neighbourhood for schools, as it is walking distance to both the elementary and the secondary school.
Residents are able to enjoy a variety of amenities, as a number of small business, restaurants, banks, and grocery stores run along Coast Meridian nearby. Hyde Creek Recreation Centre is the nearest community centre, which features a lap pool, leisure pool, water slide, fitness area, sauna, and more. There are also a variety of walking and biking trails in the area, as it is surrounded by a nature reserve.
