Eagle Ridge is a neighbourhood on the North side of Coquitlam which borders Port Moody. It’s a mix of detached homes, townhouses, condos, and local businesses/restaurants, and also has its own park, soccer field, and hiking trail. With the perimeter of Eagle Ridge being busier streets, there are a number of bus routes which run through the subarea making it easy to commute to any skytrain station. The residential streets remain quiet and safe, as this is a family oriented neighbourhood that has all levels of schools within its borders.
Because it’s central to Port Moody and Coquitlam, you’ll enjoy the perks of both cities and have a ton to explore. Within the neighbourhood there are a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Club 16 Gym. Eagle Ridge is also home to the Coquitlam Crunch, a 2.25 hiking trail with a stair portion that is the Tri-Cities mini version of Vancouver’s Grouse Grind. Heading East is Coquitlam Centre Mall which is the Tri-Cities largest shopping centre, and heading West is Port Moody’s Newport Village, Rocky Point Park, Brewer’s Row of craft breweries, and Suterbrook Village.
