Harbour Place is an area just north of Central Coquitlam, in between Chineside and Harbour Chines. Its main road, Como Lake, provides the neighbourhood easy access via busses to the local skytrain stations, making it an easy place to commute. This is a neighbourhood of detached homes, many of them on the larger side, that oftentimes reside on the greenbelt. It is within walking distance to a number of schools, Como Lake Village (grocery, liquor, coffee, etc.), and Mundy Park, making this an extremely convenient location!
Because this subarea borders Port Moody’s St. John’s street, residents are able to enjoy the perks of both cities. Just North of Harbour Place is Rocky Point Park, which is home to the Boathouse restaurant, Rocky Point ice cream, a boat launch, pier, outdoor spray park & pool, and walking trails around the Burrard Inlet.
