Maillardville Coquitlam is a neighbourhood bordering Lougheed Highway which then leads in to New Westminster. It is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Coquitlam, and is a mix of both residential and commercial areas.

Maillardville is an area on the southwest side of Coquitlam, with easy access to the highway, busses, and entertainment. It is one of Coquitlam’s oldest neighbourhoods, and consists of townhomes, detached homes, condo’s, and commercial zones with build dates from old to new. It is closeby to entertainment (movie theatre), playgrounds & parks, as well as a variety of restaurants, so you’ll never be short of something to do!
The central area of the neighbourhood is Mackin Park and the Place Des Arts (school of art) which teaches a variety of after-school activities such as dance, piano, and various arts and crafts for the young and the old. Having had a long time to develop, the neighbourhood has a good transit score and there a number of busses running throughout the day to service the community.
