River Springs is on the northeast side of Coquitlam in between New Horizons, Hockaday, & Burke Mountain. It is an area that has a number of homes on the greenbelt, as it is surrounded by Coquitlam River Park and borders the Coquitlam River on the west side. The main road that runs through River Springs, Shaughnessy St, will take you all the way in to the heart of Port Coquitlam.
The neighbourhood has its own community centre and it’s not far from the shopping, transit, cultural and recreational amenities of Coquitlam’s Town Centre area, or Downtown Port Coquitlam.
