Westwood Plateau is a quiet, upper-scale subarea in the Northern part of Coquitlam. It has easy access to all of the Tri-Cities, as David Avenue runs from Port Moody, straight through Westwood Plateau, and all the way in to Port Coquitlam. The Plateau consists of condo’s, townhomes, and detached homes the majority of which have at least a mild slope or incline. Enjoy easy access to the Westwood Plateau IGA food market, whose complex also harbours a local liquor store, Starbucks, sushi, and pizza restaurants. It’s also only a short drive down the hill (about 5-7 minutes) to Coquitlam Centre shopping mall.
