Central Port Coquitlam is the heart of PoCo! There are a variety of condos, townhomes, and single family homes and commercial areas. You’re either very nearby or right on the downtown PoCo strip, which has grocery stores, restaurants, barbers, liquor stores, and bars galore. With Gates Park and walking trails nearby, residents get to enjoy a healthy mix of the outdoors and city life all in one. It’s a small town with very urban living!

CENTRAL PORT COQUITLAM TRANSIT

Westcoast Express at Port Coquitlam Station is an express train that takes you straight in to Vancouver’s waterfront area. The nearest skytrain is Coquitlam Station’s evergreen line which takes you in to Coquitlam, through Port Moody, and in to Burnaby and other parts of Metro Vancouver. Because Central Port Coquitlam is, as its name states, central, there are a number of busses that run down the main roads through Port Coquitlam and to Coquitlam. It has an excellent walk score.

Central Port Coquitlam is one of the closer areas of PoCo to Coquitlam centre shopping mall, which is the largest mall in the Tri-Cities, and it also has very easy access to the highway if you’re interested in venturing out to neighbouring cities. Furthermore, with Gates Park and walking trails nearby, residents get to enjoy a healthy mix of the outdoors and city life all in one.
